Karine Joly
More than 30 years of experience working with individuals and families in different instances and since 2015 exclusively in private practice. I have a bachelor's and a master's degree in social work, training and accreditation as a family mediator and an associated certified coach (ACC). I am a member of the Order of Social Workers, Family and Marriage Therapists of Quebec and of the International Coaching Federation. I am passionate about yoga that I teach and that I integrate into my professional practice. I am committed to humanitarian work in different communities.
As a social worker, I offer services to families and parents in the context of family mediation and parental coordination.
As an accredited coach, I support individuals, couples and families in achieving personal and professional goals. I also offer parental and co-parenting coaching to separated parents.

I am a recognized supervisor for family mediators and social workers.

Family Mediation
As a social worker, my approach to the family mediation process creates a climate conducive to communication between ex-spouses. I support you in negotiating and settling your disputes. I also write the summary of the agreements. Family mediation services are partially subsidized by the Ministry of Justice. Get informed!
Coaching
Coaching is a partnership by which the client is encouraged to unlock their full potential and move forward and create the changes they want for themselves. It is a non-judgemental, empathic approach by which the coach acts as a facilitator and assists the client to make choices for themselves.
Other support services
Co-parenting coaching following a separation allows you to work on your parenting plan and improve your co-parenting relationship in order to avoid or minimize conflicts that have an impact on the child. We work on communication strategies, the principles of negotiation for good understanding between co-parents and education for the needs of children following a separation.
